Jewett Farms Studios -York, Maine

Embracing the history of New England cabinetmaking, it was an easy decision to base our original location for shop and showroom in rural York Maine. While close to the heart of historic York Village, the York Studio and cabinet shop are tucked out of the way down a winding dirt road. Side by side in a familiar red barn-style building, the collaboration between designers and cabinetmakers is companionably close-- until someone tracks too much sawdust through the showroom.

The York studio provides a quiet, unassuming setting for clients to meet and discuss their projects. Meetings often encompass the entire showroom area, with plans spread on the island, and 3D models displayed on the TV, and discussion moving around to explore various elements of cabinetry displays. Inevitably there will be a guided tour of the shop, which can be seen from the showroom through the glass door, and clients can see their own kitchens in various states of completion.
